Overview At ELARA, we are committed to delivering your fashion essentials in a timely and reliable manner across India.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time & Rates
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): ₹99 for orders below ₹999 | FREE for orders ₹999 and above
- Express Shipping (2–3 business days): ₹199 flat rate
- Same-Day / Next-Day Delivery may be available in select metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata) — availability shown at checkout.
Shipping Coverage We ship across India, including all major cities and most pin codes. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order on our website or the courier partner's portal.
Delays While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or courier disruptions. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at [your support email] and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Cash on Delivery (COD) COD is available on select pin codes. A nominal COD handling fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout.
